Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with number on BACB website
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and implement plans accurately
• Spanish-speaking a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a background check

Duties

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide direct therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure effective treatment
• Support clients in social, communication, and daily living skills
• Use behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
