Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Graduate Student to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. You will assist in conducting assessments, implementing behavior intervention plans, and collecting data to monitor progress. Responsibilities
- Assist with behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Support implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
- Collect, record, and analyze data related to client progress and treatment efficacy
- Participate in intake procedures, including patient care and initial assessments under supervision
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and progress tracking
- Support patient assessment activities, including behavioral health evaluations and progress reviews
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program working towards BCBA certification or a related field such as special education or psychology
- Experience or interest in behavioral therapy, working with children, or individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and principles
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation within clinical settings
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally while maintaining confidentiality
