Clinical Quality and Performance Improvement Specialist: RN/LCSW/LMSW

Four Winds Hospital is currently recruiting for a part time Quality and Performance Improvement Specialist to work in our hospital located in Katonah, NY.
Under the direction of the Director of Quality Management and Performance Improvement, responsibilities include:

• Hospital Clinical Risk Management functions, including data collection and reporting to external agencies
• Planning, coordination and administration of the Performance Improvement Program
• Promote the highest levels of care, quality, patient safety, operational efficiency, customer service, outcome measurement and overall performance excellence
• Maintain a constant state of readiness relating to all regulatory and accreditation activities
• Provide hands on management of the functional areas of Performance Improvement and Risk Management
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills

Successful applicants will be a licensed professional (RN, LMSW, LCSW or similar). Background in Quality Improvement/Assurance strongly preferred.
Experienced based salary scale starting between $42.00 - $47.00 / hour

3 days/wk 8am-4pm schedule.
