Location: Terrace Park, OH & Surrounding Areas

Experience Level: Beginner BCBAs Welcome (Mentorship Provided)

About New Bridges ABA

At New Bridges ABA, we believe the most meaningful progress happens where life happens: in the home. We are a clinician-owned organization dedicated to assent-based ABA, natural environment teaching, and compassionate care. We are looking for empathetic clinicians to join our team—whether you are a seasoned professional or a beginner BCBA looking for a supportive environment to start your career.

The "Work-Life Balance" Advantage

We offer a unique home-based model designed to prevent burnout and foster high-quality therapy.

  • 30-Hour Billable Week: Full-time status and benefits with a lower billable requirement than the industry average.
  • Beginner-Friendly Mentorship: For new BCBAs, we provide intensive oversight and training in SBT, NDBI, and the Hanley approach to ensure you feel confident and supported.
  • Earn More: Ability to earn a competitive hourly wage for any clinical time provided above the 30-hour baseline.
  • Flexibility: Manage your own schedule while working 1:1 with children, toddlers, and families in their natural environments.

Professional Perks

  • Advanced Training: Annual CEU allowance and paid training in SBT (IISCA/PFA/Hanley approach) and NDBI.
  • Growth: Performance-based bonus systems and opportunities for leadership as the organization expands.
  • Full Benefits: Generous PTO/UPTO policies and company-matched benefits.

The Role

  • In-Home Clinical Oversight: Design and implement behavior plans specifically tailored to the home and community setting.
  • Parent Partnership: Focus heavily on parent training and family partnership, empowering caregivers to support their child's development.
  • RBT Supervision: Provide daily or weekly guidance to RBTs, fostering a collaborative and trauma-informed team culture.
  • Assessment: Utilize insurance-approved tools (VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, etc.) to track progress and update treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Credentials: Current BCBA and COBA (Ohio) licensure.
  • Beginners Welcome: We value a willingness to learn, a playful demeanor, and a commitment to applied behavior analysis ethics.
  • Clinical Mindset: A desire to stay current on Autism research and a passion for early childhood education.
  • Transport: Reliable transportation for travel to client homes in the Terrace Park, Indian Hill, Milford, and Mariemont areas.
