Job description
Northside Center is a non-profit organization that provides educational and mental health services in New York City. We currently have openings in our Article 31 Community Based Clinic in Schools Program. Salary is based on years of experience.
Responsibilities
· Provide high quality psychotherapy to children and families of various educational, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds in a school-based setting in person and via teletherapy
· Navigate crisis management for our clients in school setting
· Complete ongoing documentation within required timeframes as per clinical standards in electronic records system including: treatment plan, progress notes, and assessments
· Coordinate with school administration, teachers and various Northside staff, including psychiatric providers, in conjunction with supervisor
· Meet weekly/annual productivity goals as defined by clinic
· Participate in supervision, team conferences, trainings, staff meetings and demonstrate integration of these into all clinic work
· Maintain ethical standards, including HIPAA compliance
Opportunities
The CIS Program believes strongly in connecting clinicians to opportunities for clinical growth. CIS clinicians may have the opportunity to train in the following modalities as training cohorts are available:
· Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
· TF-CBT
Qualifications and credentials:
· LMSW/LCSW or LMHC or LMFT or Ph.D/Psy.D.
· Current NYS clinical license
Preferred experience (not required):
· Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay: $73,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
