Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Spanish speaking preferred. If you have been seeking to go into private practice this is the opportunity for you!

• Provide direct support to patients in private practice, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Assist in patient assessments, documenting medical records accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and support patients in developing coping strategies.
• Provide compassionate patient care, fostering a supportive atmosphere conducive to healing.

Experience
Ideal candidates are licensed mental health counselors or related fields. Skills that will enhance your effectiveness in this role include:

• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Experience providing direct support in mental health settings.
• Knowledge of clinical counseling practices.
• 5 or more years of experience
• Prefer LMHC license but will consider LCSW with the right experience.
