- Lead and support through strong clinical supervision and mentorship our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBAs by offering mentorship, guidance, compassionate communication, and consistent supervision.
- Oversee clinical quality across all ABA therapy and autism services and ensure all services meet ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
- Design and implement thoughtful, evidence-based programming rooted in behavior analysis that reflects client data, progress, and ongoing assessments.
- Manage or assist in managing the day-to-day clinical operations, including staff and client scheduling.
- Partner with leadership to support the growth and development of our New Mexico market.
- Offer continuous support and guidance for families, helping them navigate successful programming outcomes.
- Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires and clinical staff.
- Provide direct services to clients and their families when appropriate, while maintaining a manageable caseload.
- Collaborate with other service providers to enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain consistent communication with all treatment team members regarding programming and service delivery.
- Communicate with Perfect Pair ABA administrative teams including Intake, Payroll, Billing, and HR to support operations and staff success.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and positivity within the team.
- Holding active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB
- Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience
- Leadership or supervision experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Ability to complete and pass a background check
- Reliable transportation for travel as needed
- Experience working with early intervention populations (ages 1–4 preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in ABA therapy, autism services, and clinical supervision preferred.
- $95,000–$110,000 annually based on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities available
