Salary starting at $74,931.00

***Eligible for Bilingual Pay Differential (additional$3,120/yr)

Essential Functions: The Wraparound Team Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the recruitment of Wraparound Facilitators and responsible for the training, management, and supervision of a team up to 8 Wraparound Facilitators. Wraparound Team Supervisors supervise facilitators throughout Wraparound designated service area.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in social services, human services, or an equivalent field with a minimum of two (2) years of paid experience working with the target population and/or High Fidelity Wraparound program and supervision; or

May have a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) with a minimum of six(6) years of paid experience working with the target population and have a NM HFW Coach Endorsement or currently enrolled in the NM HFW Coach Endorsement Track; or

A Master’s Degree in social services, human services, or an equivalent field with a minimum of two (2) years experience working with the target population and/or High Fidelity Wraparound program and supervision.

Must meet the Coach in training (CIT) requirements below in order to submit an application for a coach in training (CIT):\

1. Submit a CIT application that includes:

  • a. Proof of Certification as a Wraparound Facilitator in New Mexico as issued by the NMCBBHP.
  • b. Must have practiced as a Certified Wraparound Facilitator for minimum of 6 months. ( Unless exception waiver is submitted and approved by the Center of Innovation and CYFD BHS)
  • c. The applicant’s current assigned Endorsed Coach must approve of the application to the CIT track.
  • d. If the Endorsed Coach is not also the Agency Wraparound Supervisor, the Supervisor/Clinical Director must also approve.
  • e. The Master Coach who will oversee the CIT process for the applicant must acknowledge their willingness to do so.
  • f. Upon receipt of the complete enrollment form, the NMSU-COI and CYFD-BHS Wraparound Manager will review the application. If the application is accepted, the applicant will be granted a provisional endorsement allowing them to coach Facilitators under the supervision of an assigned Master Coach.
