PURPOSE:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will support the clinical staff of the behavioral health team. They are responsible for ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary tools to provide quality services and improve clinical outcomes, creating a positive family experience. This individual will be responsible for leading the company’s two core objectives:
1. Exceptional Patient Experience: AACT’s patient experience is of the utmost importance and is their highest priority. Serving their clients and creating a system of support is their mission. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for leading the team to make sure they provide the best possible patient experience in all aspects of daily activities.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and expanding upon the professional work environment of the community and in-home clients. This requires passion, commitment to an open and honest communication process, servant leadership and being deeply engaged in improving the lives of our employees and patients by improving the clinical quality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as needed.
Conduct functional behavior assessments.
Design data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment plan
objectives.
Supervise RBT's implementing ABA based treatment plans.
Concise writing in a professional manner with required documentation
Train clinical staff and family members in implementing treatment plans.
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA Laws.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment when providing therapy.
Complete daily session notes and required clinical documentation
Maintain a professional appearance regarding clothing, grooming, hair, and make-up per policy.
Collaborate and maintain effective communication with the treatment team including clients,
parents and caregivers, outside professionals, fellow BCBA’s, and administrative staff.
Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required staff training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide supportive, values-driven leadership that encourages respect, collaboration, and
professional accountability.
Participate in the recruitment, on-boarding, and ongoing development of clinical team members, offering coaching and performance feedback as needed.
Monitor RBT team for delivery of quality clinical services
What We Require:
Must hold a current BCBA certification with the BACB and remain in good standing
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to work on a team with support from the clinical directors
Must be professional, self-motivated and energetic
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have current basic first aid and CPR
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 + performance incentives + $5,000 signing bonus
