You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.What You’ll DoProvide direct ABA therapy to children with autismCollect data on treatment goals during each sessionCollaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plansSupport families by sharing strategies and progress updatesRequirementsHigh school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.Active RBT certificationReliable transportationAvailability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferredPassion for helping children and familiesScheduleFull-time or part-timeFlexible shifts, including afternoons/evenings
