Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid RoleJob Type: Full-Time / Part-TimeSalary: From $90,000 per year + BonusLocation: Nevada (Hybrid - In-home & Remote Supervision)We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role that combines in-home services with remote supervision. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care.Responsibilities•Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze client needs •Develop and implement individualized treatment plans •Provide in-home supervision and support to clients and families •Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed •Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals •Maintain accurate documentation and reports •Stay updated on evidence-based ABA practices Requirements•Active BCBA certification (required) •Nevada LBA required (GA or IN LBA is a plus) •Experience working as a BCBA or in a similar role •Strong communication and organizational skills •Ability to meet 120 billable hours per month •Reliable, responsive, and team-oriented Work Schedule•Full-Time or Part-Time options available •Hybrid model: In-home services + remote supervision •Must be comfortable with some local travel Compensation & Benefits•Starting salary: $90,000+ annually •Performance-based bonus structure •Health, dental, and vision insurance (after 3 months) •Paid time off (PTO) Company DescriptionW3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
