Role Overview
This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA seeking either part-time or full-time work in a supportive environment where clinical quality matters.
You’ll oversee client programming, support BT/RBT staff, collaborate with families, and help strengthen a growing clinical department.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee ABA services in home and community settings
- Provide supervision and mentorship to BTs/RBTs
- Review client data and make programming updates
- Lead parent training and caregiver collaboration sessions
- Maintain compliant, timely clinical documentation
- Support client retention and continuity of care
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing and growth needs
- Help build strong clinical standards across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
- Experience supervising BTs/RBTs
- Strong communication with families and team members
- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Hourly Rate
$58 – $64 an hour DOE
