BCBA (Part Time/ Full Time)

We’re looking for a BCBA who wants flexibility, manageable caseloads, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to grow with a company that is building intentionally.

Role Overview

This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA seeking either part-time or full-time work in a supportive environment where clinical quality matters.

You’ll oversee client programming, support BT/RBT staff, collaborate with families, and help strengthen a growing clinical department.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee ABA services in home and community settings
• Provide supervision and mentorship to BTs/RBTs
• Review client data and make programming updates
• Lead parent training and caregiver collaboration sessions
• Maintain compliant, timely clinical documentation
• Support client retention and continuity of care
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing and growth needs
• Help build strong clinical standards across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
• Experience supervising BTs/RBTs
• Strong communication with families and team members
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Hourly Rate

$58 – $64 an hour DOE

Field-based role providing services in home and community settings throughout Orange County.
