Your Purpose As a Service Appointment Coordinator

  • Answer incoming phone calls for the Mercedes-Benz Service Department, providing professional and courteous assistance to customers.
  • Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and service department availability.
  • Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure customer concerns and service requests are clearly understood and properly scheduled.
  • Provide basic information about services, appointment availability, and general service department questions.
  • Assist in coordinating customer needs between the phone, service advisors, and the service department to ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor on the phone and in person while assisting customers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Customer service experience required
