Your Role

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to clients from diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation within 48 hours.
• Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive therapy (CBT, ACT, MBSR, trauma-informed care, etc.).
• Collaborate with other clinicians, supervisors, and community partners to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in NH and/or MA (LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LCSW).
• Pre-licensed clinicians welcome — structured, supportive supervision provided.
• Commitment to social justice, cultural humility, and inclusive care.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
