As an RBT, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential. Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 behavioral therapy sessions with children in their natural environments, such as their homes or schools
• Implement individualized behavioral treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to develop and update treatment plans
• Provide support and training to family members and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment sessions

Requirements:

• Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field (training provided for the right candidate)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
