Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

What you'll do:

- **Schedule Management** Keep our schedule full and running smoothly, ensuring every patient gets the care they need.

- **Warm Welcome**: Greet patients and visitors with a smile, whether in person or on the phone, making everyone feel welcome.

- **Office Organization** Keep things tidy and organized, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment.

- **Data Management** Collect and update patient information accurately and efficiently.

- **Communication** Keep everyone informed, from notifying consultants of arrivals to communicating any delays.

- **Payment Handling** Process payments accurately, including insurance, credit, cash, and checks.

- **Supply Management** Keep supplies stocked and equipment in good condition, ensuring efficient operations.

- **Privacy Protection** Maintain patient confidentiality by handling sensitive information securely.
