WE Care Autism Services is looking for highly qualified, dedicated BCBA with extensive knowledge in the use of behavioral analytic techniques to work in home and community settings with children, and young adults ages 1-26 years old. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Jersey. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs/BTs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using CentralReach
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical and professional standards

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and related disorders
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
  • Experience with CentralReach preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $90.00 - $105.00 per hour
