Registered Behavior Technician - Evening Sessions Available!

Advanced Autism Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with a client in the Queen Creek area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for a consistent, part-time schedule.

Schedule:

• M-F 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Position Details:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect behavior data and complete session documentation accurately and timely
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and communicate progress effectively
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and families
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Active RBT certification
• Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card and Article 9 certification
• Experience with children and/or individuals with autism preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass a background check
• Minimum availability of 15 hours per week, with flexibility as caseload increases
