Advanced Autism Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with a client in the Gilbert area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for a consistent, part-time schedule.
Schedule:
- Monday: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Tuesday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Wednesday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Position Details:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect behavior data and complete session documentation accurately and timely
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and communicate progress effectively
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and families
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification or experience
- Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card and Article 9 certification
- Experience with children and/or individuals with autism preferred
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass a background check
- Minimum availability of 15 hours per week, with flexibility as caseload increases
