Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate LCSW trauma therapist to join our brand new startup private practice, we are a rapidly growing team focused on providing high-quality trauma support for individuals and couples impacted by PTSD and Complex Trauma. The ideal candidate will possess a background in attachment/development, a warm demeanor and ability to connect emotionally with clients and colleagues, and demonstrate expertise in various therapeutic modalities as they pertain to Complex Trauma.

We are only hiring a fully licensed LCSW or PsyD professional at this time because we specifically need someone who can supervise LSW's. We already have LCPC supervisors.

This role involves working with individuals and couples dealing with attachment trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, and various other related mental health challenges. Therapist will be responsible for building an emotionally secure therapeutic relationship with their clients, developing a treatment plan, and delivering effective therapy sessions.

We are a diverse team of trauma professionals, supporting clients with a wide range of issues that tend to stem from early traumas. We welcome a variety of therapy modalities, including EMDR, ART, IFS, Brainspotting, Gottman method for couples, Somatic Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, and Art Therapy, among others. We value diversity in our approaches and welcome new perspectives to cases in our weekly group consultations. A solid understanding of attachment and family of origin ruptures is required.

Therapists are encouraged to set their own hours, being mindful that limiting hours may mean a slower caseload build up.

We have 1 office in Chicago, IL (River North) and another office in Northfield, IL. If you prefer to see clients in-person, we offer that as an option as well. If you prefer to stay fully remote, that's fine too. Preference will be given to those who already have a caseload of existing clients.

Start date is tentatively June 1st, but that is flexible depending on your circumstances.
