Flourish Counseling is seeking to add licensed therapists to our Raleigh offices to provide outpatient therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families. The role involves assessing client needs, diagnosing and treating mental health concerns, developing coping strategies, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with clients, families, and team members. The practice provides a fully furnished office space, and administrative staff handle referrals, scheduling, and billing; most insurance plans are accepted.
Candidates should have a Master’s degree in a related field and a North Carolina license (or associate license with at least 1 year experience in Private Practice or a specialized clinical setting). Ideal applicants are compassionate, detail-oriented, culturally competent, and skilled in communication, relationship-building, and crisis intervention, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
