Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full Time; Guaranteed Hours

Overview

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive team in Statesville, NC and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by BCBAs
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data
• Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures
• Collaborate with clinical team members and families
• Document session notes and maintain client records
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (paid training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation for home-based services
• Basic computer skills for documentation
