Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving ABA services
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress and make data-driven programming adjustments
Collaborate with families and caregivers
Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentationRequirements Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Eligible for North Carolina licensure
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
