Job Title: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time with opportunity for full-time
Work Location: In person (Home, School, Community, Daycare settings)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated BCaBA to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality ABA services. This role involves supervising RBTs/BTs, assisting with treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and guide RBTs
- Provide direct therapy as needed
- Collect and review client data
- Collaborate with families and clinical team
- Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Active BCaBA certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
