Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism and other behavioral health needs, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behaviors and skills.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and behavioral therapy techniques.
- Assist clients with daily living skills (ADLs) and personal care tasks, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation, adhering to medical terminology and HIPAA guidelines.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in behavioral health and ABA.

Skills:

- Experience in behavioral health and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Strong understanding of patient care and medical terminology.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and a supportive and inclusive environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
