BCBA / BCBA-D (W-2 Position)

Divino ABA Services, LLC (2 Positions Pasco County and Hernando)

Compensation

Divino ABA Services offers W-2 compensation based on experience, caseload, and billable productivity:

  • Salaried BCBA (W-2): $65,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience and caseload; includes minimum billable expectations)
  • Productivity-Based BCBA (W-2): $75,000 – $101,000 annually (based on billable hours and performance)

Bonus Opportunities:

  • Performance and caseload-based bonus opportunities for exceeding productivity targets and maintaining strong clinical outcomes

Your Role

As a BCBA, you will:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical service delivery
  • Work within structured caseloads with minimum billable expectations designed to support clinical quality, supervision, and sustainable workload balance

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (up to 25%)

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day and evening availability based on client scheduling and treatment needs
