Compensation
Divino ABA Services offers W-2 compensation based on experience, caseload, and billable productivity:
- Salaried BCBA (W-2): $65,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience and caseload; includes minimum billable expectations)
- Productivity-Based BCBA (W-2): $75,000 – $101,000 annually (based on billable hours and performance)
Bonus Opportunities:
- Performance and caseload-based bonus opportunities for exceeding productivity targets and maintaining strong clinical outcomes

Your Role
As a BCBA, you will:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical service delivery
- Work within structured caseloads with minimum billable expectations designed to support clinical quality, supervision, and sustainable workload balance
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (up to 25%)
Schedule
- Full-time

- Day and evening availability based on client scheduling and treatment needs
