Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Telehealth (1099)

We are a new and growing outpatient telehealth practice focused on treating anxiety, depression, panic disorder, and OCD through structured, evidence-based care.

In addition to standard medication management, we offer structured treatment programs designed to provide patients with clear, goal-oriented care plans. These programs integrate medication management with focused therapeutic strategies, patient education, and measurable progress tracking over time.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide telehealth medication management services to adult patients. This is a flexible, part-time 1099 contractor role with the opportunity to grow as patient volume increases.

### Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with structured care pathways
- Prescribe and manage medications as clinically appropriate
- Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Collaborate with therapists and clinical team as needed

### Schedule
- Fully remote telehealth
- Flexible availability
- Initial commitment: up to 15 hours per week
- Opportunity to increase hours as demand grows

### Compensation (1099)
- Intakes (45–60 min): $100 per visit
- Follow-ups (20–30 min): $55 per visit

Compensation is based on completed patient visits.

### Qualifications
- Active PMHNP license in New York
- Active DEA registration
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
- Strong clinical judgment and efficient workflow management

### Preferred
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, panic disorder, or OCD
- Familiarity with structured or measurement-based care approaches
