About the Role — Patient Care Coordinator You'll be the heartbeat of our front office — the friendly face and warm voice that families count on. Your days will include things like:

• Welcoming patients and families with a smile that sets the tone for a great visit
• Scheduling and confirming appointments with ease and efficiency
• Answering phones and responding to inquiries like the rockstar communicator you are
• Verifying insurance and helping families understand their benefits
• Managing patient records and keeping everything organized and running smoothly
• Coordinating between our clinical team and families to ensure seamless care
• Being a go-to resource for parents who have questions, concerns, or need a little extra reassurance

Our Schedule Works for YOU: We offer some really solid hours with flexibility built right in!

• Monday: 10am – 6pm
• Wednesday: 9am – 6pm
• Friday: 8am – 4pm
• Tuesday & Thursday: Available with more flexible scheduling options
• Saturdays: 8am – 1pm (1-2 Saturdays per month)

Who We're Looking For: Someone who is warm, organized, and genuinely loves being around kids and families. Dental experience is a plus, but your attitude and energy matter just as much to us. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and bring good vibes every single day — we want to hear from you!
