Prime Path ABA is seeking an experienced, certified RBT to join our team for a consistent after-school case in Aurora. This role involves working 1:1 with a 16-year-old client in a home setting under BCBA supervision.

This position is ideal for an RBT who is confident, dependable, and experienced in working with adolescents. We’re looking for someone who can provide structured, compassionate care while maintaining strong clinical integrity.

We prioritize clinician support, manageable caseloads, and high-quality care—so you can focus on making meaningful progress with your client.

Case Schedule – Aurora, CO

• Monday & Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday & Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: Optional hours available
• Consistent weekly schedule
• Part-time position
• Opportunity to add additional hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA
• Work effectively with an adolescent client, maintaining structure and rapport
• Collect and maintain accurate session data
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with adolescents or teens preferred
• Ability to implement behavior plans with consistency and confidence
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
