Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Achieve ABA Therapy is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. Compensation

  • $95.00 – $105.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality, ethical care

  • Provide compassionate support to families

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Ensure compliance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and company standards

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Minimum 1 Year BCBA Experience
