We are seeking a motivated and skilled BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team. The BCBA will deliver comprehensive behavioral assessment and intervention services across various locations, ensuring that clients receive consistent, effective support tailored to their unique needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in diverse environments.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and clinical staff in implementing ABA interventions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Facilitate intake assessments and initial evaluations for new clients to establish appropriate treatment goals.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements throughout all service delivery.

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current licensure or eligibility.
  • Demonstrated experience in behavioral therapy, working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, data collection methods, and behavior management techniques.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Experience conducting patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations within behavioral health settings.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and community partners.
