Position Overview
Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Afternoon Hours
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy during consistent afternoon hours.

Schedule
Monday – Friday
4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Follow behavior intervention plans
• Communicate with caregivers and supervisors
• Maintain professionalism and HIPAA compliance

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to consistently commit to schedule
