Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Rapid City | Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a well-established, mission-driven organization providing comprehensive care to individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with strong clinical support and resources.

About the Role:
As a BCBA, you will oversee and implement behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. You will work closely with clients, families, and a team of behavior technicians to ensure effective, evidence-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards

  • Provide ongoing support and education to staff and families

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage caseload and work both independently and as part of a team
