Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a well-established, mission-driven organization providing comprehensive care to individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. About the Role:
As a BCBA, you will oversee and implement behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. You will work closely with clients, families, and a team of behavior technicians to ensure effective, evidence-based treatment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards

Provide ongoing support and education to staff and families
Qualifications:
-
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
-
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-
Ability to manage caseload and work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary of $80,000+, based on experience

$15,000 sign-on bonus
