What You’ll Do

Provide High-Quality Clinical Care

• Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, and more)
• Serve a diverse client population including children, adolescents, adults, and families across Medicaid, Medicare, VA, and commercial insurance
• Support clients from a wide range of backgrounds and coverage types, ensuring access to quality care regardless of how they're insured

Create Meaningful Treatment Plans

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Adjust treatment strategies based on client progress

Collaborate as Part of a Team: Coordinate care with our in-house team of professional staff to deliver the best possible care.

Maintain Ethical & Compliant Practice

• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Uphold all state, ethical, and organizational standards

Empower Clients & Families: Provide psychoeducation, resources, and advocacy support

What We’re Looking For

• An active behavioral health license (LCSW-C, LCPC, LPC, LMSW, LGPC or equivalent)
• Clinical experience in outpatient or clinical settings (all experience levels considered)
• Comfort with telehealth services
• Experience or willingness to work with Medicaid, Medicare, VA, and commercially insured clients
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical judgment
• A collaborative, client-centered mindset
