Outpatient Counselor
Location: Hybrid Remote - Bedford, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Part-time
Salary: $30.00 - $32.00/hr.

About the Role
The Outpatient Counselor plays a vital role in supporting individuals and families on their journey toward emotional wellness. This position provides individual and family therapy services tailored to each client’s needs while fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships that encourage growth and resilience. The Outpatient Counselor ensures timely and accurate clinical documentation and collaborates with a supportive team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care. This role requires 3–4 days of availability, including one evening until 6:00 PM. The position is not fully remote; hybrid remote opportunities are available depending on consumer needs.

Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to client needs
Provide family therapy sessions to support holistic treatment goals
Build strong therapeutic relationships that foster emotional growth and resilience
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation for assigned caseload
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Participate in supervision and team meetings as required
Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with state licensure requirements
Manage caseload responsibilities effectively, including scheduling and follow-up care
Provide services during required evening availability (one evening until 6:00 PM)
Travel as needed for client care and related responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline
Verified clinical practicum required
OR active professional licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Ability to work 3–4 days per week, including one evening until 6:00 PM
Strong clinical, documentation, and interpersonal skills
