Behavior Team Hiring: RBTs & BCBAs (Flexible, Part-Time | Microschool + ABA Model)

Location: Marion County & Citrus County, FL

Job Overview:
Imagine Achievement is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing, innovative program that blends ABA therapy with a microschool environment.

This is not a typical clinic role. Our team works with students of all ages in play-based, real-life learning settings including school, home, and community environments.

RBT Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Support students with social, adaptive, and life skills
• Work in school, home, and community settings
• Collaborate with BCBAs and staff

RBT Requirements:

• Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain
• Experience working with children or special needs preferred

BCBA Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Provide parent training
• Collaborate with program leadership

BCBA Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Schedule Options:

• Part-time or PRN
• Flexible hours (before/after school, weekends, some daytime availability)
