Job Description

Imagine Achievement is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students within our unique micro-school and ABA program.

Our model combines education and behavioral support, focusing on real-world skill development in a structured, engaging, and supportive environment. RBTs may work both as therapists and as part of the classroom team, helping students build life skills, social skills, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Support students in micro-school, home, and community settings
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and structured learning activities
• Promote development of life skills, social skills, and adaptive behaviors
• Collect and record data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and program staff
• Maintain a positive, safe, and structured learning environment

Schedule

Flexible scheduling based on student needs, including:

• Morning hours
• Afternoon / after-school hours
• Weekend availability (as needed)

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate

Work Location

In-person (Ocala, Marion County, and Citrus County)

Pay

Competitive, based on experience and certification
