What You’ll Do

As a BT/RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children and young adults using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a proven, science-based approach to improving communication, behavior, and daily living skills.

You’ll:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans

  • Help clients develop communication, social, and life skills

  • Collect and track data on progress

  • Work closely with a supervising BCBA and team

This is hands-on, meaningful work where you can see real progress and change.

Where You’ll Work

  • In clients’ homes

  • ABA centers (Beachwood & Columbus)

  • Community settings

Schedule Options

  • Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Part-time: Flexible shifts between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 18 years old

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check
