Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Friendship Circle of Cleveland as an ABA Clinical Supervisor. In this on-site role based in Cleveland, OH, the BCBA will oversee and implement behavior analysis services for children with autism. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on clinical supervision to therapists, and train staff and families. Additional responsibilities include monitoring client progress, maintaining compliance with best practices and ethical standards, and collaborating with families, staff, and community members to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensure to practice in the state of Ohio.
  • Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, behavioral assessment, and creating individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience in staff supervision, training, and performance feedback to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, therapists, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor client progress and maintain detailed records of treatment plans and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with ethical standards and regulations governing the provision of ABA services.
  • Passion for supporting children with developmental disabilities and their families in reaching their full potential.
