Health & Life Licensed Enrollers

Bi-Lingual (Spanish or Creole) preferred - bi-lingual in written and oral communication about insurance benefits.

Colonial Life has immediate openings for licensed enrollers to join our growing team in the Central Florida area. Join our market-leading team in providing personal insurance products to employees and their families at the worksite.

We’re looking for professional individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, preferably with benefits enrollment experience.

As an enroller, you’re more than a sales person – you’re a counselor and consultant for hard working Americans, helping them protect what they’ve worked hard to earn.

As a benefits counselor with Colonial Life, you’ll be empowered to:

• Build relationships with businesses in your community
• Work with employers and help provide them with benefit solutions for their business, including cost management tools, HR and administrative time savings, benefits communication and employee financial protection through our personal insurance products.

What do you need to be a sales professional with us?

• Enrollment experience preferred
• Strong communication skills to deliver our benefits communication and education to employees
• Life & Health license is required, but can be attained through Colonial Life
