Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Bainbridge
Job Summary:
Intellistars ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Bainbridge, GA. As an RBT with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in their natural environments, including their homes
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address individual goals and objectives
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless transitions and share progress updates
Requirements:
Possession of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a certificate in ABA, psychology, or a related field preferred
0 years of experience as an RBT; training or coursework in ABA and behavioral therapy a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends (flexibility a must)
