ROLE OVERVIEW
NeuroBloom Autism and Pediatrics Solutions is seeking a Founding BCBA to help build and launch our ABA services from the ground up. This role begins as a pre-credentialing contract position and transitions into a full-time clinical role as services are established. This is a founding-level opportunity with a direct path into clinical leadership.

PHASE 1: PRE-CREDENTIALING (CONTRACT ROLE)
During this phase, the BCBA will support foundational setup and preparation for insurance-based services. Responsibilities include:
- Participate in the insurance credentialing process as the supervising BCBA
- Assist with development of: Assessment templates, Treatment plan, and structures clinical documentation systems
- Provide guidance on clinical best practices and compliance
- Support EMR setup (e.g., CentralReach or similar)
- Collaborate on program structure and service delivery model
Key Notes (Transparency): No full caseload during this phase. Hours are flexible and based on setup needs. Primary goal: prepare for operational launch
PHASE 2: POST-CREDENTIALING (FULL-TIME ROLE) $105,000 – $115,000 per year
Once credentialing is complete and services begin:
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct assessments and reassessments
- Develop and oversee treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs Provide parent training
- Maintain clinical documentation and compliance
- Support quality assurance and program growth
- Caseload Expectations: 6–8 clients 25 billable hours/week
- Balanced with supervision, admin, and leadership duties
Performance Bonus: $15,000 Bonus becomes active upon achievement of operational and revenue milestones tied to program growth
Includes:
- Initial milestone payment
- Remaining bonus distributed in structured installments
- Bonus is tied to program stability, client retention, and service growth
SERVICE MODEL
Services will be delivered across: Homes, Schools, Daycares, Community settings. This role includes participation in real-world, community-based ABA, not just clinic services.

REQUIREMENTS
- Active BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) 3+ years experience
- Eligible for Georgia licensure
- Strong clinical and ethical foundation Interest in program development and leadership
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
