- Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing patient assessments to inform treatment strategies.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of intervention implementation. Header: Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
- Demonstrated experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working with children or individuals with disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices, medical terminology, and patient care protocols.
- Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, behavioral health assessments, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families.
