Early Intervention Specialist / Behavioral Therapist (Bachelor’s Required)
$19–$35/hr + Paid Training + Mileage Reimbursement
Locations: La Puente | Pomona, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday between 12:00PM – 7:00PM (flexible within that window)
We’re hiring Early Intervention Specialists / Behavioral Therapists to work directly with children (0–3 and older) and their families in home and community settings.
This role is ideal for candidates with a background in child development, psychology, or education who want hands-on experience and career growth in ABA and early intervention.
What you’ll do:
- Work 1:1 with children to support developmental and behavioral goals
- Implement individualized programs and behavior plans
- Collect and track data during sessions
- Collaborate with supervisors and care teams
- Support and coach parents/caregivers
- Provide services in-home, community, and or school settings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in child development, psychology, education, or related field
- 12 units in child development (required)
- Reliable transportation + willingness to travel locally
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Open to training, feedback, and growth
