PsychPlus is actively hiring Therapy Clinical Directors across New Mexico to support our expanding clinic network. We are seeking experienced clinical leaders to oversee operations, provide supervision, and deliver high-quality care.

Role Overview

This is a leadership role combining clinical supervision and patient care, supporting a team of therapists while maintaining a manageable caseload.

• 70% Clinical / 30% Administrative split
• Supervise up to 8–10 associate therapists
• Provide individual and group therapy services
• Ensure compliance, documentation quality, and clinical standards

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight
• Supervise and mentor associate-level clinicians
• Maintain a therapy caseload (individual/group)
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training
• Ensure compliance with state and organizational standards

Requirements (STRICT)

• Active New Mexico LPCC license REQUIRED
• Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor designation REQUIRED
• Experience supervising clinicians
• Leadership or management experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 – $110,000 annual salary
