Job Title Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)

Compensation: 60% of net collections (cash pay practice); paid biweekly - Estimated annual earning potential of $80,000 - $90,000

Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Schedule: Flexible schedule that need some late afternoons and early evenings

Location: This is an in person role based out of Atlanta, GA (Buckhead office)

Role Summary

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
  • Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA
  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week within a minimum of 20 hours of availability
  • Preferred candidates will have multiple days of late afternoon/early evening availability
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Compensation
  • Compensation: 60% of net collections (cash pay practice); paid biweekly - Estimated annual earning potential of $80,000-$90,000
  • Billing, scheduling, and intake support


Requirements

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Ability to provide therapy independentlyComfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
  • Preferred candidates will be able to see children, adolescents, and adults

Salary Description

$80,000 - $90,000/year
