At ABIT Consulting Group, we take care of all administrative tasks for you—such as completing releases, managing and updating authorizations, and maintaining documentation—so you don’t have to. Our goal is to make your job easier, allowing you to focus on what matters most: being a clinician.
  • No weekends; 15-30 minutes drive to client; Part-time/Full time, Salary options with benefits available.
  • Be part of a supportive team, compassionate, and enjoys working with children/adolescents.
  • Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders.
  • Provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills in order for the diagnosed child to take a more positive role in the school.
  • Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and / or school.
  • Train the Behavior Health Technician (BHT) on appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA).
  • Cases are typically authorized 2- 3 hours per week for each client's family based on medical necessity, and can build a caseload of multiple clients.
  • Qualifications: BCBA with PA Behavior Specialist License
  • Salary/Hourly Rate: Commensurate with experience
