Pay: $79,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year

Work Location: In-person, office, and field-based

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime per applicable law)

Sign-On Bonus Available

Eligible BCBAs will receive a sign-on bonus as part of our growth initiatives.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Lead BCBA to provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA services across Connecticut, including treatment planning, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs
• Supervise RBTs and ABA therapists
• Provide caregiver training
• Monitor progress and adjust plans
• Ensure compliant documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Support onboarding and clinical quality
• Provide direct services as needed

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in a related field
• 1–2+ years ABA experience preferred
• Experience with autism/IDD populations
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within CT
