Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs in their efforts to succeed in a school setting? Ro Health is hiring for a qualified RBT to work with Corona Norco Unified School District!

You will be instrumental in creating a positive and productive learning environment, working with students from pre-K to high school. In this role, you will provide support in either a 1:1 or general classroom capacity.

Compensation:

$25.00-$27.00 per hour

Why Ro Health:

We've spent over a decade placing compassionate providers in schools — and we invest in yours as much as the students you support.

  • Diverse Opportunities: Work in a variety of school settings across multiple districts, with placements that match your interests, experience, and career goals.
  • Reliable Support: Receive ongoing guidance from a dedicated clinical team, including BCBAs, who advocate for your success, not just your placement.
  • Streamlined Process: Enjoy hands-on help with onboarding, credentialing, and assignment transitions—so you can focus on what you do best.
  • Partnership with National University that provides a 15% tuition discount

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with students with behavioral needs, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision in one of two capacities:

1:1 Student Support Partner with a specific student throughout their school day — implementing their behavior plan, collecting data, and helping them meet individualized goals across all classroom environments.

General Classroom Support Work alongside a lead teacher to support multiple students, running discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and behavioral interventions in a structured setting.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Implementing ABA-based behavior intervention plans with fidelity
  • Collecting accurate behavioral data and communicating observations to the supervising BCBA
  • Using reinforcement strategies, prompting hierarchies, and other evidence-based techniques
  • Communicating clearly and calmly with students, teachers, and administrators.
  • Contributing to a collaborative, student-first team culture
  • Staying active throughout the day (standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 40 lbs)
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs as required

Requirements:

  • Active RBT certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience implementing ABA programming
  • CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and IEP goals

  • Weekly pay
  • Commuter benefits up to $315/month through our Edenred partnership
