You will be instrumental in creating a positive and productive learning environment, working with students from pre-K to high school. In this role, you will provide support in either a 1:1 or general classroom capacity.
Compensation:
$25.00-$27.00 per hour

What You'll Do
You'll work directly with students with behavioral needs, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision in one of two capacities:
1:1 Student Support Partner with a specific student throughout their school day — implementing their behavior plan, collecting data, and helping them meet individualized goals across all classroom environments.
General Classroom Support Work alongside a lead teacher to support multiple students, running discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and behavioral interventions in a structured setting.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Implementing ABA-based behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Collecting accurate behavioral data and communicating observations to the supervising BCBA
- Using reinforcement strategies, prompting hierarchies, and other evidence-based techniques
- Communicating clearly and calmly with students, teachers, and administrators.
- Contributing to a collaborative, student-first team culture
- Staying active throughout the day (standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 40 lbs)
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs as required
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on experience implementing ABA programming
- CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and IEP goals
